Pripravka “For Shashlik with Garlic” Ketchup with 42% less added sugar* combines a rich tomato flavor with a bold garlic note, selected spices, and mild piquancy. It is a perfect accompaniment to shashlik, grilled meat, sausages, potatoes, burgers, and hot appetizers. The ketchup is made from high-quality tomato paste (36–38 brix with a high tomato solids content) and apple cider vinegar. It contains no preservatives or colorings. 42% of the added sugar has been replaced with steviol glycosides (a natural source) obtained from the leaves of the tropical Stevia Rebaudiana plant, which is approximately 200 times sweeter than sugar and has zero calories and a zero glycemic index. * at least 42% less sugar compared with the recipe for Pripravka “Mild” Ketchup
