It complements chicken broth perfectly, giving the finished dish a rich aroma, herbal notes, and a special homemade character. The seasoning makes it easy to add variety to an everyday soup and prepare an appetizing zeama for a family meal. Directions for use: add 1 full teaspoon of seasoning per 1 liter of broth (soup) 2 minutes before the end of cooking, or season the soup to taste.
