The product contains only genuine vanillin and sugar. The aroma does not fade or disappear even when baking at extremely high temperatures (+220–260 °C). Directions for use: vanilla sugar is used to enhance the taste and aroma of flour-based and sugar confectionery products, desserts, and beverages.
